Work-life and professional life have a strong interaction between them. But work-life balance is the equilibrium between both work-life and personal life. A healthy example of work-life balance is doing your work on time before the deadline so you have enough time to spend with your family. Not doing your tasks on time will give you mental stress only. NO ONE IS PERFECT.
